Leah Doherty

Field Director, Women’s Sports

Leah has nearly a decade of sports ministry experience, serving with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes from 2016 to 2025. She is passionate about discipling young female leaders, helping them grow in their faith and learn to follow God’s voice as they pursue the calling He has placed on their lives. She has seen the Lord use sports both in her own life and in the lives of many others as a tool to grow and deepen faith, as well as a platform to bring God glory. Leah has also enjoyed coaching high school and middle school basketball for the past 10 years, focusing on building strong team culture and developing sports leaders.

Leah currently resides in Thousand Oaks, California, with her husband, Billy. They enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and hiking with their dog, Bruin.
