Mike McDonald

With nearly three decades of experience, Mike McDonald has dedicated his career to building stronger organizations and empowering individuals through growth and transformation. His diverse background spans national security, ministry, and property management, with a focus on creating clarity and enhancing organizations.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Divinity in Leadership from Liberty University. He began in security services, eventually becoming President & CEO of Paramount Security, Inc., where he led significant restructuring and expanded operations nationwide.

Transitioning to ministry, Mike served as Pastor at Vox Church and Operations Pastor at Colonial Church STA. Recently, he was Chief Operations Officer for Integrity Rise Management LLC, overseeing $2 billion in assets, and now leads Lifted Consulting Group, specializing in strategy.

Active in Windsor, Connecticut, Mike serves on various boards and the Town Council. A disciplined leader and 12-year CrossFitter, he lives in St. Augustine, Florida, with his wife Kelli, their two children, and three grandchildren.
