Mark Muñoz

For Mark Muñoz, sports have always been about more than competition. As a wrestler, coach, and professional MMA fighter, he has seen the influence coaches and leaders have in shaping lives. At SportsLife, Mark is passionate about building relationships within the wrestling and MMA communities and helping influential leaders use their platform to make an impact for Christ.

Mark won the 2001 NCAA Division I Championship at Oklahoma State and is a two-time NCAA All-American. He later moved to mixed martial arts, competing in the UFC and becoming one of its top middleweights. Mark founded Reign Training Center and mentored athletes from the youth level through collegiate wrestling and professional MMA.

With his wife, Kristi, he has served the wrestling community through camps, clinics, and programs that develop athletes on and off the mat. Mark and Kristi have four children and built their lives around faith, family, and serving others.
