Franklin Lugenbeel
Director, Design & Support
Franklin is fueled by a passion for excellence and guided by the mantra, “God don’t make no junk, so neither do I.” He has been a dedicated professional in the printing and graphic design industry since 1989, helping clients deliver products that make a meaningful impact.
After more than 33 years in print and advertising—including serving as graphics director and printshop manager at a local church—Franklin felt called to full-time freelance work in January 2022. Following God’s guidance, he focused on building strong relationships with his clients. In August 2024, he joined the SportsLife Leadership team, providing creative and design direction to support kingdom impact and help those spreading the gospel worldwide.
Outside of work, Franklin enjoys photography, home improvement projects, cruising, and—above all—celebrating Christmas.
He lives in Raytown, MO with his high school sweetheart and wife, Michelle. Together, they have three grown children and a grandson, now spread across the United States.
