There is a significant crisis affecting sports, the church, and leadership today. Each weekend, we witness the brokenness within the sports community, which often thrives on transactional and performance-driven competition. The church is struggling to fulfill the Great Commission and to cultivate dedicated disciples. Meanwhile, leaders are encountering failures and setbacks daily. This is the reason SportsLife Leadership was founded.
We believe that sports were created by God for His glory. He longs for us to compete with joy and freedom, and He desires for His children to appreciate the wonder and beauty of sports. Through sports, He instills and nurtures values such as passion, authenticity, generosity, and enjoyment. When sports leaders are embraced, supported, and safeguarded, they can truly experience God’s pleasure as they serve and lead within the sports realm.
Our vision is for these leaders to redefine winning as an act of honoring and glorifying Him. We aspire to transform fields, courts, mats, and pools into places of worship, where they can use their talents and skills to uplift His name. Imagine investing in passionate, dedicated leaders who unite to make a difference in the world of sports, one individual at a time. SportsLife Leadership is a ministry dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus and nurturing leaders in their relationship with Him to make an eternal impact in the sports arena. Our vision is to “infuse life into the world of sports one leader at a time.” We concentrate on developing disciples as leaders in sports by providing them with world-class, Christ-centered training, resources, and programs. Through these spiritual sports leaders, God will transform lives within the sports community. By fostering authentic relationships, SportsLife embodies the discipleship message of 2 Timothy 2:2:
