SportsLife Leader

A SportsLife Leader is a Christ-centered, discipleship-driven athlete, coach, or person of influence in sports who uses their position and platform to model Christlike character, mentor others in Christ, and multiply Kingdom impact. We seek leaders who want volunteer to build their sport community for Kingdom impact.
We are looking for leaders who embody these core characteristics:

• Christ-Centered: Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrate a commitment to walking daily in His truth and grace.
• Discipleship-Driven: Model Christlike character through your actions, intentionally mentor others in their faith, and multiply your spiritual influence for God’s Kingdom.
• Exhaust Their Influence: Have a deep desire to serve Christ by fully utilizing your unique gifts and abilities, coupled with a heart for ministry and community transformation.
• Reflect Our Values: Consistently demonstrate our core values—loving deeply, living abundantly, and leading courageously—in all your interactions and decisions.
• Be Accountable: Commit to fulfilling your responsibilities with integrity, adhering to our policies and guidelines, and maintaining transparency in your leadership.

Completing the SportsLife Leader Application is your first meaningful step in expressing your desire to serve with our ministry. Please note that submission does not guarantee acceptance as a leader; our SportsLife Leadership staff carefully reviews each application to ensure alignment with our vision and values.

Upon acceptance, you will join a committed community of leaders and receive comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship from experienced SportsLife staff members. We are committed to equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and spiritual foundation you need to serve Christ effectively and make a lasting impact in the lives of sports leaders.
