Jimmy has over 30 years of executive-level strategic, organizational, and operational leadership experience. He is the creator of Be Unstoppable Elite Performance and founder of the Unstoppable Freedom Alliance. A freedom warrior, health & wellness expert, Spartan athlete, and podcaster, Jimmy has devoted his career to developing healthy leaders and elite human performance, training over 100,000 leaders worldwide.

He has served on his church’s teaching team and led men’s ministry for over 20 years, while serving as an Executive with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for 17 years. An in-demand speaker on leadership, culture, and human performance, Jimmy has engaged with organizations including the NFL, NCAA, NASCAR, US Naval Academy, Intel, State Farm, and countless others.

Jimmy is an author of best-selling books including One Word, One Word for Kids, True Competitor, and Called to Greatness. A husband and proud father of four, Jimmy and his wife Ivelisse founded Believe Big, a cancer foundation following her cancer recovery. His mission is to inspire people to live the unstoppable life, unleashing supernatural purpose, power, and performance. Jimmy and Ivelisse enjoy life in Colorado.
