Tina Snover

Director, Training

Tina is a joyful coach, speaker, teacher, radio announcer, and organizational leader with a lifelong passion for sports, particularly soccer with over 25 years of leadership experience. She founded the Western Colorado FCA Soccer Club in 2019, where they continue to disciple young women in both soccer and their identity in Christ. A former All-Conference collegiate player and member of the 1998 USL-2 W-League Lady Charlotte Eagles, Tina has also coached, played, and refereed soccer for over 40 years and holds a National USYSA D Coaching License.

With two decades of ministry experience through FCA, Tina is known for building strong teams, fostering joyful and purpose-driven cultures, and helping others discover and grow their gifts. Her calling is to make disciples, bring joy, and lead with conviction for God’s glory.

Tina has been married to David Snover since 2002 and is the proud mom of daughters Brenae and Lizzie. She enjoys life in Western Colorado along with pickleball, group fitness, comedians, concerts, reading, and game nights with loved ones.
